What we Did



Topper Machine LLC specializes in Repairs, Prototypes, & Short Run Productions. We have one of the best equipped job shops in Northern Wisconsin. Josh Topper has a passion for doing the "Impossible" jobs that other shops turn away. If you are looking for that true "One Stop Shop", Topper Machine LLC is your only choice.



Machining





Our Milling and Lathe capabilities range from your small standard shop tools to our Horizontal Boring Mill and Lion Lathe. We can handle turned parts up to 15.5" Diameter and 80" long, or longer through the 4" Spindle Bore. Milling is done on several different machines with varying capacities. Our Horizontal Boring Mill has travels in excess of 4 feet, and our Planer Mill can mill up to 8' in length.



Welding





We have a full weld shop with MIG and Portable Stick welding capabilities. Fully equipped to handle any job, our weld shop contains everything necessary. Including an overhead crane system, welding tables, and welding positioners. Our primary focus is welding steel, but we are capable of other alloys as well.



Fabrication





Our fabrication capacity has no limit. We strive to do our best to meet the customer's needs. A good example of our fabrication capabilities is our shop built Circular Sawmill. We designed and built this mill entirely in house. With a track length of 48 feet, we were able to achieve a maximum deviation to strait of 1/32" overall.



Repairs





Repairing components is our passion. It incorporates all of our skill into one job. It doesn't matter what the job is, we enjoy the challenge. We can build up and line bore, or bore and bush, or completely replace your worn equipment. Do you have a redesign you would like to try? We can do that too. Our capabilities are really limitless.

Milling





Topper Machine LLC utilizes many different forms of milling machines. From the standard Vertical Mill to Horizontal Boring Mill, we can handle about anything.

Lathe





Topper Machine LLC has a wide variety of capacity when it comes to lathework. We also design and build our own fixtures and tooling to do the jobs that most shops deem "Impossible".

Fabrication





Topper Machine can handle your fabrication needs. We have the capabilities to cut material and form and punch metal. If you can dream it up, we can build it

Drilling





Any machine shop can drill a hole, but Topper Machine LLC prefers to do it in style. Our drills not only make holes, they can be adapted with special fixtures and tooling to do many other tasks
